She received her medical degree and performed her internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas. She completed a fellowship in nuclear medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1999. She is Board Certified in Radiology (1998) and Nuclear Medicine (1999). She started working part-time with the Group in 1998. Dr. Fordice is also fluent in Spanish. She is married to James O. Fordice, M.D., a practicing otolaryngologist. She holds medical licenses in Tennessee and Texas.
