John D. King, M.D.

Dr. King joined Radiology Alliance in 1999. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 1988 and completed his diagnostic radiology residency there in 1992. Subsequently, Dr. King was involved in academic practice of radiology, serving as Assistant Professor and Radiology Residency Program Director at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. During that time, he was actively involved with several multi-institutional breast cancer research projects. He also served on the medical staffs of the University of Tennessee Hospital, the VA Medical Center and the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Board certified by the American Board of Radiolgy, he is a general radiologist with areas of expertise in nuclear medicine and extensive experience in breast imaging and Breast MRI.
