Keith R. Parker, M.D.

Dr. Parker received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Tennessee in Martin, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Tennessee – Memphis School of Medicine in 1988 and completed a surgery residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia in 1989. As a radiology resident at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, he served as the Chief Resident from 1996-1997. Board certified by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Parker completed an interventional radiology fellowship at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri in 1998. He has a special interest in interventional oncology, including RFA (radiofrequency ablation), SIRTEX (hepatic selective internal radiation therapy) and hepatic chemoembolization. He is also experienced in UFE (uterine fibroid embolization). Dr. Parker is a member of the American College of Radiology and the Society of Interventional Radiology.
