Horn, M.D. Dr. Horn graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a B.A. degree in biology before earning a medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. Following medical school, he completed a transitional internship and a residency in radiology at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dr. Horn completed a musculoskeletal fellowship at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and he has a special interest in musculoskeletal trauma and sports related injuries and the associated image guided diagnostics and therapies. Board certified by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Horn is a member of the American Medical Association, Radiological Society of North America and American Roentgen Ray Society.
