Complimentary parking is available in the Tennessean Garage. This facility offers diagnostic and screening mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, ultrasound and bone densitometry. Baptist Diagnostic Pavilion is located on the 2nd floor of the main hospital building at 2000 Church Street. Complimentary parking is available in the Mid-State Garage located on 20th Avenue North. The main hospital radiology department performs all simple and complex radiology procedures including angiography/interventional procedures, PET scanning, nuclear medicine studies, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT / CT-guided biopsies, vertebroplasty as well as MRI and general radiology. Baptist North Imaging Center is located in the Baptist North Medical Office Building at 2011 Murphy Avenue, behind the main hospital. Complimentary parking is available in the lot on Murphy Avenue in front of the building. Procedures performed at Baptist North include ultrasound, CT and MRI. Plaza I Diagnostic Imaging Center is located in Baptist Hospital Plaza I on Hayes Street between 20th and 21st Avenues. Complimentary parking is available in the USA Garage on the corner of 21st Avenue and Hayes Street (entrance on Hayes Street). This center features Radiation Oncology and MRI. Centennial Medical Center Medical Imaging Medical imaging services are offered at four locations on the Centennial campus. Centennial Imaging Center, located at 356 24th Avenue North, offers a wide range of outpatient imaging services. Parking is available next to the building. A referral or physician order is needed to schedule an exam through the center. To schedule an appointment, call Central Scheduling at 615-342-1555. Centennial Tower is located at 2300 Patterson Street. Free patient parking is provided in the Centennial Tower parking garage attached to the hospital. Centennial Tower offers a full range state-of-the-art medical imaging procedures for both inpatient and outpatient care. Outpatient imaging appointments are made through the Centennial Medical Center Central Scheduling department, which can be reached at 615-342-1555. Medical Plaza Diagnostic Center is located at 2201 Murphy Avenue on the second floor in Suite 203. Parking is available across the street and valet parking is also offered. The board certified radiologists at Medical Plaza Diagnostic Center specialize in obstetrical (OB) ultrasound and abdominal and gynecologic sonography. A referral or doctor’s order is needed to schedule an exam. An appointment for an imaging study can be made at Medical Plaza Diagnostic Center by calling 615-342-6700. The Women’s Hospital is located at 2221 Murphy Avenue. Valet parking is available at the main entrance lot in front of the hospital, or in the secured Murphy Avenue parking garage, across from the main entrance of the hospital. Women’s Hospital offers comprehensive women’s imaging services including mammography, breast ultrasound, breast biopsy and bone densitometry. St. Thomas Hospital Medical Imaging Medical imaging services are offered at the St. Thomas Hospital Department of Medical Imaging and at the Breast Center. St. Thomas Hospital Medical Imaging is located in St. Thomas Hospital at 4220 Harding Road on the second floor to the right of the Emergency Center. Free parking is located in the underground parking garage of Medical Plaza East. Follow the signs from Harding Road to the parking for “Doctor’s Appointments.” St. Thomas offers a technologically advanced range of medical imaging options, including: diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopy, CT, nuclear medicine, MRI, mammography, and ultrasound. Scheduling for all St Thomas locations is handled through St. Thomas Central Scheduling at 615-222-3456. The Breast Center at St. Thomas is located on the first floor of the main hospital. Designated patient parking is located on Level A of the Seton Garage. Patients then take the elevator to Level D and cross over the sky bridge. The Breast Center is located on the left.
