G. Travis Patterson, MD
Prior to joining Radiology Alliance, Dr. Patterson was a partner at Advanced Radiology Associates of Southern Tennessee in Winchester, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After college, he postponed attending medical school to work in full time ministry as an executive pastor/youth pastor. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed a transitional residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and performed a fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. From 2012-2013, Dr. Patterson was the Chief Resident of the Department of Radiology at Vanderbilt. Currently, he is a member of the American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiological Society of North America and Alpha Omega Honor Medical Society. When away from work, Dr. Patterson enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, volunteering in his local church and collecting and restoring pinball machines.
