James T. Holbrook, MD
Dr. Holbrook graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned his medical degree at Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. Following medical school, he performed a general surgery internship and diagnostic radiology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Holbrook completed fellowships in diagnostic neuroradiology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and interventional neuroradiology at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1992, Dr. Holbrook has participated in numerous clinical investigative trials and research studies. He is a member of the Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery, American Society of Neuroradiology, American Society of Spine Radiology and several other national and local medical societies. In his spare time, Dr. Holbrook enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, running, golf, hunting, fishing, family travel, canoeing, camping, hiking and most of all time with his family. He also serves as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts.
