William A. Barret, MD, MS
Dr. Barret is a magna cum laude graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He earned a Master of Science in Physiology and Biophysics at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, before completing his medical degree at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology followed by completion of a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. Board certified by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Barret has authored several publications and is a member of many national medical societies. His specialty area of expertise is interventional radiology. In his free time, Dr. Barret has interests in investments, music, food, traveling and outdoor activities, including running, golfing, fishing, hiking and skiing.
